Operations · Workforce OSSix more systems, across eight operational domains.
The same method — find the system underneath, then make it usable — applied wherever the work demanded it.

Wealth Management Platform
Fintech · EBIXCash · 2024The decision surface for relationship managers, where each interface choice carries direct financial consequence for high-net-worth clients.
Amex Legal Dashboard
Legal Tech · 2023Domain vocabulary had to be learned before wireframing began. Case-state logic determined the architecture, not UI patterns.

Secure Debt
Recovery Operations · 2022Data existed; prioritization did not. Agents needed to know which case to pursue first, not see everything at once.

Insure Efficient
InsurTech · 2022Policy complexity belongs in the underwriting engine, not the user journey. Simplification was an architectural decision.

Sikho Kamana
EdTech · 2021Skill platforms lose users after intent, not motivation. The friction lives after the decision, not before it.

Samarth
Gov-Tech · National scale · 2020A government recruitment and onboarding platform serving users meeting public digital infrastructure for the first time.

Saksham
Gov-Tech · Skilling · 2020A skilling and enablement system designed under real-world constraints no designer would choose — low connectivity, first-time users, high stakes.

I don't design screens. I find the system underneath a problem — then make it usable.
My work lives inside operational complexity — the workflows, role conflicts, and edge cases most products are designed around rather than for. Currently at EBIXCash, designing financial products across wealth management, capital markets, and custody, where an interface decision carries direct financial consequence.
The method is transferable: enter any complex operational domain, learn its logic before touching a pixel, and design the system that lets people depend on it. I also take on freelance product and UI/UX work.
Work that has reached national institutions, banking, and enterprise platforms — from government initiatives to financial services.
